Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche

Historical hotel entirely renovated, a perfectly well oiled machinery that provides unmatched value in Abu Dhabi. After many years of roaming around, I made this my home away from home in the UAE (especially in Abu Dhabi), turning away from fancier places like the Conrad ETIHAD Towers that has become overpriced since it’s not JUMEIRAH anymore, or the new RIXOS which has been an enormous disappointment (other review to follow on the RIXOS). The staff is always helpful, efficient and smiling -the latter, happy employees, being to me, a telltale sign of a well managed property-.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel, the beach with turquoise water, the restaurant with super good food. The staff at the restaurant was very kind, we thank them for the impeccable service especially to Aiuito, Christian, Edna and Surya

Great hotel. Great view from the beach. The children were fascinated by the pools. They had a lot of fun in the wave pool. The restaurant on the beach had a great beach design, and the food was extremely delicious. The staff was extremely polite and supportive in our every wish. And the Jazz bar left us with great experiences. Everything was gorgeous!

The Hotel was not just worth the payment but because of Christian I rate this score, we were angry from the check-in day till the last day when the young man who seemed to be the Restaurant manager, Christian was good enough to give us listening ears to hear all that bothers us, I rate him 10/10 not the Hotel because Christian has this customer service approach, he was polite and great with his choice of words, no come my complains about the hotel 1. The Dinner food was so limited, especially for us the Europeans 2. The Breakfast staff was nice (Christian). Still, the food quality was low, omg The annoying part is the Sausage and bacon were rubbish, but all thanks to Christian who met us not eating as we were supposed to. He showed great concern by offering us a free lunch. Still, we couldn't accept that because we had a flight to catch, he went as far as offering us a glass of sparkling wine in the room because according to him it was too early to serve alcohol in the restaurant according to the country law. and so many other points that I can't list due to time factor. Seriously, I must commend his energy in making sure the score was not affected by delivering the glass of wine to the room by himself. Thank you, Christian, for your time, service, and attention, we forgive the hotel because for your quick intervention and honest response.

Indeed, it is a well-deserved trip, we have been on a vacation trip in the past month too so many countries, and hotels, and our only regret was not adding more time to stay in this hotel, everything was perfect from the check-in till our checkout we enjoyed every moment spent, the reception staff and restaurant were professionally trained, few moments spent all the staff treated us like they knew us for long, especially Christian was too good with his job, Christian runs around and makes every guest who dines in the restaurant do well, thanks to all the mentioned staff whose name I will mention below, Tamil, Siju, Sanjitha, Yonas, Anand, Surya, Soyim, Kajol, Kabir, Alvito, Santos, Asha, Monica, Edna, Roshish, Vipin and the rest of the team were great, thanks to the beach guys Venkatha, Lakshan, Prithivi, Bryan, and Raju, Azhar you all are super, I cant forget the concierge staff Shyam, Solomon, Abdulie, Amoudu, thanks to the Chefs for the delicious meals Chef Amal, Chef Indika, Chef Priya, Chef Amshu, Chef Pradeep, Chef Bibek, and Chef Umesh, we appreciate, We will be back again
