Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche

The service at the front desk was exceptional - thanks for the help with the bags! Everyone I crossed paths with at the hotel/beach clubs and breakfasts/dinners was extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile, which was very nice. Incredibly varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. I really liked the location of the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to walk around in the evening. I would love to come to this hotel again. The sunbeds on the beach are a bit worn out. But by the pool it is very comfortable to lie down and it is very good that there is a separate pool for adults.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. But what really made our night special was our dinner at the Terazza restaurant, thanks to Lee. She's amazing - she helped me surprise my husband with a "Happy Anniversary" dessert, drinks, and a specially decorated table by the window for the occasion that made us smile. Lee paid so much attention to all the little details and made our celebration super memorable. The whole Terazza team created a cozy, romantic vibe that we loved. From the comfy room to the great food, everything was awesome. We totally recommend this place, and we can't wait to go back and make more memories.

The staff were lovely and wonderful with my 9 month old baby (shout out to Sanjitha!) They arranged for us to have two rooms with a door in-between - very helpful when transporting our baby in the early morning to spend time with his grandparents in the room next door. I think this is called a family room? Khat on front desk was also super helpful and made it seamless in helping me courier some important documents. My in-laws and I LOVED the West Bay beach club activities including, but not limited to: The lazy river, kids pool and beach. The underground tunnel to get there was not a big deal to walk under AND as it is underground it saves you walking in the hot sun. Takes approx 5 mins to walk from hotel to the Beach Club. There is a ramp if you have a pushchair. I enjoyed my morning walk to Nation Towers (5 mins from the hotel) to get a nice coffee. My husband loved being able to smoke his cigars in the West Bay Lounge too. So in short, my whole family was very happy.

So much activities in the hotel especially the at the resort area, the gym is so spacious, jaccuzzi, the pools, the beach everything was as perfect more than it appears in the pictures, the lifeguards were polite and helpful, Fina and Bryan, The restaurant staffs were great as well Christian and his team are outstanding with their job the busyness of the restaurant is been calmed and controlled all thanks to Christian, Monica, Sanju, and Edna, i want to appreciate Subrat, Asha, Richard and Surya for the extended selfless service we appreciate it all.

What else could we ask for but to say thank you to every staff member who made our stay an amazing one, everybody in the hotel was of great help in one way or the other, the staff were outstanding, especially the restaurant manager Christian who was the brain behind the hospitality spirit in the restaurant, Subrat was also their for us serving us and making sure we lack nothing at all on our table, also Richard who always get our coffee done, to the concierge guy Naveed we thank you for assisting us with our luggage, we will be back again.
